QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading well known Holding Company operating in Energy, Investment and Tourism. For their future development plans, we are looking for a BOARD ASSISTANT located in ANKARA
The successful candidate should have the following skills;
- University graduate preferably from reputable ones;
- Obligatory minimum 5 years of experience in similar position ( assisting Top Executives),
- Fluency in English ,
- Advanced user of MS Office applications, especially in Excel and Power Point,
- Analytical and open minded,
- Having very good communication skills,
- Residence in Ankara.
İŞ TANIMI
The successful candidate will be responsible from;
- Act as the "right-hand" to Board President;
- Schedule high volume of meetings with other senior-level executives and clients in a global setting across multiple time zones;
- Act as representative of Top Executive when corresponding with clients and other senior-level executives;
- Write, edit, and produce all documents for Top Executive;
- Attend meetings and events as needed;
- Manage general administrative activities such as arranging complex domestic and international travel.
- Organize all personal affairs.
Preferred Candidate
More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
