• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related field of study.
• ITIL Expert Certification.
• PMP Certification.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• IT Service Management experience is considered a strong asset.
• Broad range of IT related solutions including management of systems, networks, and
• applications.
• Excellent leadership and team development experience.
• Proven ability to move a team forward by making sound and timely decisions.
• Strong ability to innovate and support changes needed to improve effectiveness.
• Efficiently able to set clear goals and expectations.
• Excellent speaking / writing both languages (Arabic-English)
• No travel restrictions, both domestic and international travel

İŞ TANIMI

The IT Program Head is responsible for overseeing the entire IT department including IT Project
Management, Systems, Networks, Software Development, and Applications Development.
 

• Manages a workflow of the IT department through strategic management of systems,networks and applications development, deployment, implementation and technical support.
• Responsible for the supervision of IT staff through regularly scheduled meetings providing clear direction of priorities including timely follow-up to ensure completion and creation of a positive and motivated departmental environment.
• Ensures that escalated issues are handled in a timely manner with clear resolutions.
• Manages IT projects including all project resources, quality, risk management, and budgets.
• Requirement to review each project and determine how it fits into the existing approved infrastructure and what the impact is to the entire workflow as part of the assessment.
• Research, design and recommend solution. Conducts needs assessments to analyze and evaluate performance.
