  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in an analytical role within consulting and/or human resources
  • Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel & Powerpoint skills and experience with VBA
  • Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS)
  • Experience with data visualization (e.g., Tableau, QlikView)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and execute multiple work streams at once
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Client facing experience
  • Experience and strong understanding in machine learning and data modelling
  • Strong Human Resources Acumen
  • Able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience presenting to leadership teams & C Suite

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a HR Analytics Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Head of Reward & Employee Relations of  Vodafone Turkey.
 
  • Create an HR data warehouse to conduct monthly analysis by extracting and collecting data from different HR database including Oracle and SAP 
  • Use SPSS Modeler to write scripts to automate the data preparation and data wrangling operations
  • Automate data preparation & data wrangling operations  for dashboard preparation and regular analysis 
  • Automate new data sources as need be
  • Develop new data sources for improving analysis and creating new measures
-Use web scraping to collect resumes from career sites like Linkedin and Kariyer.net
-Leverage insurance database to find updated measures for employees such as number of children, marital status, etc.
-Leverage existing building access control system database to develop employee based building entry & leave time 
-Use Vodafone big data capabilities to create new data measures such as time spent on traffic, office location etc.
  • Design, publish and update regularly multiple dashboards using “Tableau” BI tool
-to provide compelling data visualizations that convey complex data analysis into meaningful and accessible insights and recommendations
-to provide ready to use self-service analytics, visuals and data for HR stakeholders
-to track HR KPIs
-to identify HR trends 
  • Prepare data to be used in HR Dashboards by using data created for HR data warehouse is used
  • Develop new HR metrics when raw data is not enough to create meaningful insight. Monitor these new HR metrics
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and departments
  • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Train not only HR but all Vodafone employees about data visualization
  • Actively participate in external professional organizations and builds a powerful network to understand and shape the emerging analytical trends
  • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to HR colleagues in asking appropriate questions, selecting the right metrics, interpreting the data and translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Support the HR leadership to identify business challenges; use fact-based solutions and data analysis to help influence decision making by providing solutions
  • Actively participate in creating & developing an HR Analytics community with other Vodafone Opcos
  • Transfer know-how to other countries and localize methodologies developed in Turkey to other interested Vodafone opcos
