Our company is seeking an IFRS & SOX Manager;

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other Administrative Science departments from a reputable university,
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in one of the big four audit firms,
• Ability of analytical thinking and powerful interaction skills,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications,
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Acting as an internal IFRS quality consulting partner in IFRS reporting process of the Group,

• Final reviewer of the IFRS reports,

• Will become an expert in certain IFRS matters,

• Performing and assisting financial statement reviews for consolidated audit reports and subsidiaries’ audit reports,

• Follow-up of developments and external publications relating to IFRS and Financial Reporting and SEC rules,

• Acting as a contact person of the accounting matters for the SEC rules,

• Preparation and presentation of materials for internal training events to highlight the most recent developments on standards for our staff,

• Preperation and application of Group Accounting Manual.
