Controlling Specialist

For our GS IT group, we are looking for a Controlling Specialist (limited / 9 months). This role will report to IT Business Administration Head and will be responsible for planning, controlling and reporting activities of IT department to measure financial performance, achieve financial targets  He/she will support the organization regarding the processes and activities in the area of his/her responsibility in Turkey and in Region EU2.
 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• Min. 4-5 years of experience in related areas.
• Advanced level of English both written and spoken, German language is an asset 
• Advanced level of knowledge in MS Office Applications 
• Excellent knowledge of commercial value flow, planning and controlling
• Knowledge in Collaboration, Document Management, Process management and IT Solutions 
• Innovative, analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach and strong communication skills both written and spoken, good presentation skills are required competencies

What are my responsibilities?

• Preparation of planning activities and operational performing of cost, income planning.
• Providing of pricing structures for all IT Services on product basis.
• Financial Internal Reporting of IT Financial figures on cost category basis.
• Financial External Reporting of GS IT Costs to Region EU2 and to HQ.
• Financial Closing Activities and charging of Services & Projects.
• Procurement and Contract issues for all IT Services and Projects.

What else do I need to know?

• Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements.
• Flexible for travelling.
