Large Corporate Coverage Manager

• Be a key member of the Large Corporates Coverage team, and contribute to client management activities,
• Act as a key support to the Senior Relationship Managers whilst leading activities under supervision,
• Specialize in Investment Banking transactions whilst ensuring seamless co-ordination with the product stakeholders,
• Always work with a target to maximise cross-sell under continuous and constant co-operation with product teams and branch network,
• Be responsible for origination, implementation and execution of transactions jointly with the relevant product stakeholders. Be accountable for all risk and control matters related to the client portfolio,
• Support credit analysis teams conduct proper and thorough due diligence of files,
• Act as a commercial challenger to relevant product and credit stakeholders being mindful of ROE targets on transaction and client basis,
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders as necessary,
• Make him/herself up to date on all processes, policies, procedures and systems,
• Contribute to the business strategy of corporate coverage at CIB Group and  prepare and strategy presentations as required

İŞ TANIMI

• Undergraduate from preferably Engineering, Economy, Business Administration, or in a similar area (MBA or Double Major is an additional asset),
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Banking,
• Strong knowledge of fundamental banking products,
• Experience in credit analysis, structuring and documentation,
• Fair understanding of investment banking products but more importantly, eager to learn and understand investment banking products, with an aspiration to build a career in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) area, 
• Passion and curiosity about the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) business and clients
• Ability to deal with stakeholders outside of Turkey as well as domestic
• Strong analytical/interpersonal skills, , stellar communication skills both internally and externally,
• Advanced level of spoken and written English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• A sense of urgency and pragmatism in completion of tasks,
• Multi-task handling
