• The position will be reporting to the Business Development and Project Manager and have significant opportunity to work with the Director and Chief Operating Officer at various times.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field with a concentration on accounting and finance
• Experienced in a similar position minimum for two years. Experience in a reputable audit or a financial advisory firm in a demanding advisory and investment environment is preferable
• Fluent spoken and written English and Turkish with high business standard
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical and financial modeling skills are must
• Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational ability
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excellent excel, power point and word skills is neccessary)
• For male candidates, military service must be completed

İŞ TANIMI

• Participate in both domestic and international business development projects which involve greenfield investments, mergers, acquisitions and/or partnerships in Turkey as well as abroad
• Provide financial models and forecasting, profitability analyses, consolidated P&L in order to support investment decisions
• Screen new investment opportunities
• Develop and execute complex ad hoc reports, profitability analyses as requested to support various projects related to ongoing healthcare operations
• Prepare business plans for the execution of business development efforts, forecast future revenues and expenditures to establish cost structures 
• Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, analyse current and past financial and operational data and performance, i.e. general financial statements, the balance sheet and income statements
• Leverage strong accounting and compliance backgrounds to explore given financial data
• Prepare agreements (in English where neccessary) or contractual documents and review legal contracts
