GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Vacational College (MYO)
- Degree qualified in science or engineering
 
Knowledge of specific
- Minimum of 5years experience in Telecommunication sector 
- Hands on experience on Juniper and Cisco Routers, Switches, Modems
- Hands on experience on Tellabs, NewBridge, Zyxel, Watson, Alcatel 1512 Modems  etc.
- Hands on experience of passive network equipments(fiber modules, wan and lan connection modules, connectors) and their connection standards
- Having full knowledge of L2 layer networking configuration
- Good understanding of Turk Telekom Infrastructure
- Good understanding of IP Networking


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Telecom&Field Support Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  to Telecom & Field Support Executive  of  Vodafone Turkey.
                             
The accountabilities of this role are:


Telecom&Field Support Specialist is responsible for resolving corporate customer incidents occured on VFNET Fiber Infrastructure or Turk Telekom Inftastructure within agreed KPI’s. The role is also responsible for operating of corporate customer’s telecom  infrastructure networks and managing the third parties field operations performances .
 
  • Accountable for resolving corporate customer incidents occurred on VFNET Fiber or Turk Telekom Infrastructure
 
  • To response customer incident tickets on Service Desk within agreed KPI’s
 
  • To resolve customer incident tickets on Service Desk within agreed KPI’s
 
  • To resolve customer request tickets on Service Desk within agreed KPI’s
 
  • To ensure permanent solutions
 
  • To open necessary trouble tickets on Turk Telekom Fault Management Systems in order to inform and follow-up customer incidents in Turk Telekom Fault Management Process
 
  • Accountable for following predefined escalation on Turk Telekom side If a problem exceeds KPI limits. Use personal relations if needed
 
  • To cooperate with Pop team if there is a highly impacted service link outages
 
  • To cooperate with Pop team if a customer link outage occurs on VATHAS fiber links
 
  • Accountable for testing/checking/configuring customer routers/switches/modems and in order to provide their connectivity to VFNET network
 
  • To remotely manage and coordinate regional 3rd party field support teams
 
To provide quick resolution for customer fiber outages occurred on VFNET fiber infrastructure
 
  • If a customer link outage cannot be solved by Turk Telekom Support Teams or If the reason of link outage is customer device, cabling or connection module related then Data Field Support Specialist is responsible for  transferring the incident tickets to 3rd Party Field Support Partners
 
  • Accountable for following status of the customer incident tickets transferred to 3rd   Field  Support Partners  and making escalations if resolution time cannot be provide within agreed KPI’s
