İŞ TANIMI

Work alongside the central HR Team, subject matter experts (OD, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partners,), support the HR processes and initiatives for attraction, retention and engagement of talents by developing communication strategies at Turkey and MENACASA Region. The candidate will own and produce all internal and external HR communication strategies for the region aligning with the corporate internal communication strategies.

The job holder will

• Implement, execute and maintain the employer branding strategy
• Work alongside the global team on EVP including localization and activation of the programs
• Managing social media presence and relevant content management
• Responsible for managing event companies and agencies to conduct internal and external events including “work happy be happy day”, “Bizz@campus”, “JOB (Junior Orientation to Business) etc.
• Responsible for identifying relevant regional conferences and career fairs for maximum brand exposure
• Create and execute internal HR communication plans that promote an exciting and engaging employee experience for everyone
• Develop engaging, motivating content that drives desired behaviors and fosters an engaged employee culture
• Tailor communications for audience and channels appropriately (e.g. Digital, mobile, external publications and print, company intranet, university boards, video etc.)
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate teamwork through corporate social responsibility initiatives
• Grow and measure the quality and volume of channels we use to attract new talent
• Determine key performance indicators and regularly report delivery
• Work hand in hand with the HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team to ensure the work and communications produced that compliments the needs of the business and various departments
• Seek feedback to continually improve and develop new ways of effectively communicating key messages to our front line employees internally
