• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical&Electronics Engineering,
• Knowledge of the infrastructure technologies in the server and the user’s Operating System,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Having experience in Project Management,
• Knowledge of Server OS (Windows, Unix), Virtualization (Hiper-V, ESX), Cloud System (O365, Azure, Amazon), Backup (Veritas Netbackup), Middle Layer Education Management (Sharepoint, Weblogic, IIS), Monitoring and Management Systems (Scom, Sccm),
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

The position is located in Sütlüce.

İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik A.Ş. is looking for a Specialist - System Engineer who will work for Information Technologies Directorate.

• Designing and activating appropriate information systems solutions within the framework of Arçelik Company Information Technology standards by taking advantage of technological developments,
• Identifying and managing IT security policy for server and users,
• Making installation and management of existing or new information system platforms,
• Monitoring, logging, reporting the systems and ensuring necessary improvements and investments plans according to these reports,
• Supporting and managing the creation of data security system and policy (backup, Disaster recovery, virus, etc.),
• Supporting the determination of standards of related systems,
• Following the developments of the subject, carrying-out R&D activities to and informing people about these developments,
• Making agreements of installation and maintenance of the systems and supporting their renewal,
• Mentoring and orienting IT departments for system infrastructure,
• Carrying-out training, supporting, information and documentation activities about related topics,
• Performing the tasks according to the standards in the projects.
