QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Law.
- General understanding of various Banking Products (e.g. Savings Bank Account, Current Accounts, Business Account etc.).
- General awareness regarding Anti Money Laundering Compliance.
- General understanding of Financial Products and Markets.
- Good understanding of Internet and its usage.
- Political, Social and Economic knowledge of countries that are major players in the global economy.
- Ability to speak and understand English fluently (expected).
- Ability to write business letters and reports.
- Strong decision making and analytical skills.
İŞ TANIMI
- Review the alerts generated by HSBC Group application and ensure the anomalous activities are reported to Level 2 in accordance with regulatory requirements where appropriate.
- Build on the knowledge of latest Anti Money Laundering trends.
- Instructions/requests are correctly interpreted and fully undertaken.
- Common fraud/errors/irregular customer requests are identified and escalated in accordance with procedures in a timely manner.
- Adhere to the process requirements in accordance with established procedures and set standards.
- All data requirements (timesheets and process information) is accurately updated in a timely manner.
- Collection of the necessary transaction background information / source documents for analysis.
- Issues/problems are effectively investigated and resolved or are appropriately referred with recommendations to the Line Manager.
