- Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
- Experience in related field (6+ years) in Telecom Product Management and/or Product Marketing
- Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English - Ability to work in a dynamic environment

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Residential Product Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Residential Product Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Manage the full life cycle of Fixed Consumer products & services defining product and partnership road-maps compliant with the revenue targets and strategy. Be the voice for the Fixed Consumer Business.
- Collaborate with segment marketing and sales teams to gain customer/market insight for new products and product enhancements and to plan the commercial delivery/launch of the products.
- Cooperate with technology and customer care teams to provide input to ensure successful operation and customer care for the products developed.
- Provide input for pricing, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling of the products.
- Manage developing new campaigns & tariffs to grow Fixed customer base and service revenue
- Analyse customer and product churn trends to define retention, upsell and cross-sell activities to the customer base
- Support pre-evaluation studies of new tariffs, products / services and campaign ideas to support new tariff / product developments and measurements of impact after launch
