• Bachelor’s degree required from relevant field
• At least 4 years of experience is required
• Knowledge of administrative procedures
• Excellent command of written and spoken English&Turkish
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Distinctive planning and organization skills,
• Able to work within a dynamic team work environment
• Having good communication skills
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Team Coordinator with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- Co-ordination and organisation of team meetings, regular one to one meetings, conference calls, events, interviews, appointments and / or other similar activities
- Providing CXO full support with the business and personal issues,
- Managing process required correspondence, e-mail and phone traffic, arranging and coordinating meeting schedules, business travels etc.,
- Drafting and preparing documents such as reports and presentations, and other documentation when needed,
