Capital Structure Advisory Specialist

YAPI KREDİ

• University degree, preferably in business or engineering-related discipline, and other professional or business qualification
• 3 to 5 years of Finance experience is a must, project finance, structured finance or underwriting experience is a plus
• Having a good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and powerpoint)
• Having an excellent verbal and written English
• Having an excellent analytical and quantitative skills, as well as strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment

İŞ TANIMI

• Perform financial modeling in structured finance, restructuring and balance sheet financing deals
• Perform in-depth company and industry research supporting specific client engagements and marketing opportunities
• Serve as critical team member in the execution of advisory and financing transactions
• Research and contact potential financial and strategic buyers
• Write and prepare transaction related documentation and marketing materials including information memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and market data and analyses
• Conduct coordination of branch network and underwriting teams in mandated deals
