As the sole instution authorised for periodical vehicle inspection in Turkey,TÜVTÜRK provides Periodical Motor Vehicle Inspection at international standarts with the aim to contribute to traffic and vehicle safety in Turkey.

Through it's country-wide service network with 3500 employees in 206 test stations, 5 motorcycle and 76 mobile stations, 17 mobile tractor stations performs yearly around 8 million periodical and Roadworthiness Inspection, around 2,7 million Exhaust Gas Emission test - conforming to international standards in 81 provinces across Turkey under the supervision of the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications. Together with free of charge services like re-inspection and Detection total inspection number is now over 10 million.

We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist with the following qualifications;

• University degree with relevant educational background,
• At least 3 years of experience as a team leader/manager in Call Center organizations,
• Systematic and result-oriented person with strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to analyse and present data including customer needs, requests and improvement areas regarding customer experience
• Good team player with positive attitude
• Have leadership ability to motivate the team and keep the energy high.
• Military service should be completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Following up and improving call center processes
• Being responsible for call center KPI’s
• Managing third party relations regarding call center management processes
• Managing customer satisfactions and trust KPIs
• Planning field visits and trainings for the backoffice team
• Planning complaint management process
• Planning and following up daily, weekly and monthly reports
