VSY Biotechnology is a progressive and innovative company that focuses on customer satisfaction by creating superior state of the art ophthalmology and orthopedics products designed and manufactured to greatly enhance and improve the quality of life of the patients around the globe.
 
We are looking for International Product Managers to be considered for ophtahalmology portfolio. Responsible Product will work at the headquarter where is located in İçerenköy / İstanbul. 
 

• Educational background in Positive Sciences (i.e. medicine, biology, chemistry, molecular biology & genetics..)
• At least 5 years product management and distributor management experience with proven track record in Medical / Healthcare environment
• Preferably marketing experience at an international sales network
• Some market knowledge on ophthalmology is preferred
• English – advanced
• Competency in PC Skills – use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Driving license
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Completed military obligation (for male candidates)
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Strong ability to build/maintain personal relationships
• Ability to analyze sales data – skills to interpret sales trends, handle collection, collation and use of data
• Can quickly assimilate complex information and present ideas in a simple effective way
• Having a positive team player approach (colleagues, commercial partners, etc.)

İŞ TANIMI

• Preparing marketing plans and strategies for the products under responsibility
• Implementing territory visits, monitoring the sales and advertisement activities, co-operating with Territory Sales Managers, preparing the action plans.
• Monitoring the developments in the market, monitoring the sales and targets and determining the precautions
• Implementing region visits, monitoring the sales and advertising techniques, getting suggestions from Sales Representatives and Region Sales Managers, preparing the action plans
• Communicating with advertising agencies and assessing the suggested advertising actions
• Ensuring that all advertising/marketing/promotional materials are being prepared in consideration with sales oriented principles.
