* Min 3 years of experience in sales field, preferably in In-vitro diagnostics of healthcare sector
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Biology is preferred
* Very good command of English
* Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills are required competencies
* Good command of commercial, financial terms& market trends

What else do I need to know?
* Military service should be completed for male candidates
* Driving license is required
* No restrictions for travelling

For Siemens Healthineers in Ankara, we are looking for an Account Manager. This role will be responsible for sales of Siemens In-vitro Diagnostics product and solutions, managing the customer and distributor relations within his/her region.

What are my responsibilities?
* Maintain and increase sales and profitability with appropriate customer segmentation policies defined by the management
* Represent Siemens Healthcare successfully by establishing excellent CRM wit his/her customers
* Develop future strategies and new projects with the objective to support and expand Siemens HC (LD & POC) business in the region of responsibility
* Develop and implement convenient sales approach according to the needs of the customers
* Understand and analyze the customer needs
* Lead the tender and negotiation processes
* Realize leadership and coordinate through the sales cycle
* Find appropriate financial and operational solutions for the customers
* Find appropriate technical solutions and present to customers
* Follow-up the customer projects under a structured visit plan
* Develop team work within the departments
* Assure highest customer satisfaction with his/her customers
* Market competition analysis, set sales plans and objectives, propose and maintain service tender projects
* Coordinate the instrument and kit orders to our logistics department
