QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
BSH Home Appliances is searching for an Efficiency Head of Section to be employed in Çerkezköy Washing Machine Plant with the following qualifications:
- University degree in Industrial Engineering,
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in related fields is preferable,
- Fluent English knowledge is a must, German knowledge is an asset,
- Good knowledge of MS Office,
- Knowledge of SAP, Autocad and various engineering tools is an asset.
- Knowledge of MTM-UAS (Methods-Time Measurement), B-Cope, Ti-Con and Ergo-Light is preferable,
- Analytical minded, creative, open to changes and good communication skills,
- Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.
İŞ TANIMI
The person will be responsible for:
- Conduct time studies, MTM analysis, line balancing and ergonomic studies,
- Headcount planning, monitoring productivity and efficiency of production and related systems,
- Leading personnel ratio projects,
- Micro design improvement of work stations,
- Capacity Calculations for MaEs.
- Make or buy analysis and planning outsource & inhouse projects,
- Attending local and international projects, being a member or leader of a project.
