What we expect; 
4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,
Minimum 2 years of product management / brand development,
You will contribute to the growth of a brand on your market, by driving new product launches and pushing growth on pillar products through the implementation of promotional and advertising excellence for a specific product(s), and managing marketing budget and brand profit and loss,
You will contribute towards product strategy and vision, and create road map,
You will cascade marketing campaigns to the field force team (sell out + medical) effectively, create internal awareness and excitement first,
You will lead all agency partners for Integrated Marketing Communication process of the brand,

You need to have; 
You need to have strong communication skills and negotiation skills because you will cooperate with highly passionate and innovative functional and cross functional teams such as sales, logistics, finance etc.
With your strong analytical thinking you will be able to analyze market and consumer data,
As a core member of the team you will have strong sensitivity for beauty because our marketing team creates the best local and global initiations in beauty industry,
