QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
TP Endüstriyel ve Ticari Lastikler A.Ş. is a high profile multinational group engaged in Tyres Sector. We are willing to work with a professional who wants to make a career in quality. That person will support quality process in Quality Department. Location will be in Kocaeli.
• University degree in especially engineering departments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related functions.
• Good level of English in terms of written and spoken capacities.
• Strong computer skills of MS Office especially Excel and Reporting tools.
• Military service completed for male candidates.
İŞ TANIMI
That person will take following responsibilities in Quality Area;Map, monitor and keep under control the quality level of the manufacturing processes regarding his/her area of responsibility (Mixing, semi-finished products, building, curing and finishing)
Carry out gap analysis and define the needed improvements addressing proper actions.
Act to reduce waste by studying and promoting continuous improvement solutions.
Spread around the best practices with the involvement of relevant Central Technical functions and Quality Departments.
Directly manage Internal Process and System Audit and check that the agreed corrective actions are carried out by the involved functions/units.
Promote and support the definitions and continuous update of the quality tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP,..)

Less than 10 years of experience
