QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Strategic Planning Manager", to take part in our Financial Planning and Administration Department.
- 5-7 years of working experience in Strategy, Finance or related areas
- Experience in managing a team
- University degree from a reputable university
- Fluency in both written and verbal English
- Excellent financial, analytical and organisational skills
- Strong written/presentation skills with the ability to make complicated concepts simple and easy to understand
- Ability to work independently and also be a team-player
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Willingness and a strong desire to learn
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Sustainably monitoring and reporting on local/global banking sector financial performance and preparing detailed benchmarking analysis
- Supporting management by creating presentations, speeches and outlines, performing market-analysis and monitoring sector/macro trends and company news
- Conducting reviews of the financial and business implications of strategic options and preparing related presentations for the management
- Executing detailed analysis regarding impacts of regulatory/macro changes as well as sensitivity/feasibility analysis
- Formulating long-term forecasts for the banking sector to support the Bank’s budget/strategic plan process
- Providing all relevant internal counterparties with the relevant strategic and financial data sets to ensure they effectively formulate and track the effectiveness of their strategies

İŞ TANIMI
- Monitoring the Bank’s financial performance via in-depth measurement and analysis of results; creating effective reporting to initiate discussions regarding potential corrective actions- Sustainably monitoring and reporting on local/global banking sector financial performance and preparing detailed benchmarking analysis
- Supporting management by creating presentations, speeches and outlines, performing market-analysis and monitoring sector/macro trends and company news
- Conducting reviews of the financial and business implications of strategic options and preparing related presentations for the management
- Executing detailed analysis regarding impacts of regulatory/macro changes as well as sensitivity/feasibility analysis
