• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction sector
• Experience in Hospital Construction is a plus
• Experience in international consultancy companies is a plus
• Ability to planning and present new ideas
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Agile, Self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team player and result oriented
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Living in Istanbul or no restrictions to live in Istanbul
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Monitor all projects in terms of mechanical technical background.
• Mechanical works compliance audit according to HSSE content.
• Mechanical works compliance audit according to related schedule (Monitors progress on schedule, technical outputs, optimizes schedules to identify critical paths and major risks. Gains consensus on the integrated schedule).
• Inspects and maintains of mechanical works according to targetted quality level.
• Inspects, manages, expedites and supports schedules.
• Inspects and monitors mechanical works in financial and physical extent according to related contract and regulations.
• Check the major milestones of mechanical works in construction site by periodic inspections.
• Inspects and supervises mechanical hand over procedures and test/commissioning processes.
• Prepares and publishes reports for project status.
• Assists to understand key stakeholders (employer, consultant, local authority) expectations for a successful project.
• Proactively manages risks and employs strategies to address.
• Facilitates and supports to solve problems associated with project.
• Develops a sense of urgency when key deliverables are jeopardized. Facilitates problem solving and meetings to address obstacles.
• Evaluates change requests and prepares impact analysis for project.
• Assists with investigations of mechanical related issues, including root cause analysis as needed.
