Strategy and Business Development “Senior Associate”,
 

• Graduate of a reputable engineering (preferable industrial, computer or mechanical) or a business school 
• 4+ years experience at a strategy consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm or  within a similar role at a multi-industry group company 
• Demonstrated analytical, business planning and problem solving skills
• Good understanding of financial modelling
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiar with project based working structure, ability to deliver multiple priorities in line with project timeplan
• Advanced excel and power point knowledge
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

We are looking for a “Senior Associate” to join Zorlu Holding Strategy and Business Development department. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
 

• Coordination of overall strategic planning and business development activities
• Conducting market research studies to identify new business opportunities
• Development of financial models to support M&A activities
• Coordination of due-diligence projects with end to end responsibility on independent workstreams
• Assessment of group portfolio to advise strategic directions to the management
• Development and management of project teams
