QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Desired Skills and Experience:- Bachelor or Master’s degree from a reputable university (engineering, science, finance, economics, management or similar degrees)
- Min 8-10 years of relevant experience at top investment companies, investment banks, consultancy firms, other financial or industrial companies, with operations excellence
- Knowledge of brokerage / capital markets regulation, products required
- Experience in project management required
- Desire for innovation and leading transformation. History with achivements of efficiency gains and operational excellence
- Interest in IT and technology automations
- Understanding of operational and administrational systems,
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Drive, enthusiasm, flexibility, commitment and excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player and ability to cooperate well with other departments
- A keen, long-term interest in capital markets and operations management
- Capital Market Activities Level 3 License and Derivative Instruments License
- Expert in Excel and Powerpoint
- Good command of English
İŞ TANIMI
Position will work closely with the Operations Head and Operations team and will report to the Financial Affairs and Operation Assistant General Manager.
Our business is evolving and we aim to further leverage technology in our core operations (robotics, electronic trading and automations)
The responsibilities will include to:
- support the operation activities’ technological transformation and innovation and efficiency gains
- conduct efficiency, productivity analyses for operations and back office areas as well as business related topics
- provide subject-matter expertise and internal consultancy to special projects and for top management
- review the operational processes, identify and propose improvement areas and support implementation
- act as an internal management consultant and will support the high priority projects in technology and business trading
- work in close cooperation with operations and business teams
- step up to lead operational teams, when necessary
- re-design operational activities
- create presentations, memos, working procedures, conduct communication with stakeholders including regulators, associations and other financial institutions, such as central registry, stock exchange
- conduct benchmarking analyses on key performance indicators
