Senior Contracts Engineer

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Excellent command of English, Russian is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience as a Conrtact Engineer/Adminstratör in a EPC Contractor, Client or General Contractor organization
• Experience in the rewiew, evaluation, drafting, negotiation and management of contracts, preferably prime contracts
• Detail-Oriented character, without losing sight of the big picture
• Ability to work well under pressure in a faced paced work environment

İŞ TANIMI

• Draft appropriate contactual and commercial terms & conditions to best serve and protect Company's interests,
• Rrovide general asistance & advice on contractual & procurement matters as required to support Company's operations,
• Work as part of a team of contract professionals, in the provision of contract services throughout the pre and post signature stages, however the main emphasis will mostly be the pre signature phase,
• İnteract with the other departments of the company and will maintain an effective realition  with such departments to obtain their necessary inputs for contract rewiew,
• Rewiew, report, negotiate or draft side agreements such as collabration, bidding, consortium agrements etc.
• Provide input into contracting and commercial strategies  and provide help with optaining the requsite approvals for such strategies from management
• Apply and follow the compliance of the approved principles, prcesses and procedures of the company in the performance of all contract activities.
