• Graduated from Bachelor degree in Department of Mechanical Engineering,
• Work experience 2 to 3 years about New Product Quality, Process Qaulity, Project Management.
• WCM Knowledge
• Good communucation skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken,
• No obstacle to travel,

İŞ TANIMI

• To improve Quality requiremens at new Launch Models
• To attend several meetings driven by two main R&D Center and 6 different platform management.
• To make joined study with R&D on design reviews to attain best design properties at the design phase)
• To make Project Audits(PCPA) from design to production phase
• To make the Customer Product Audit(CPA) and Shakedown root cause analysis and to get the answer for necessary actions for items in CPA and Shakedown.
• To be a team member of FMEA to prevent the possible defect in projects.
• To help early warning aftersales issues and to work ith team to decrease the aftersale costs.
• Follow-up of KPI's and improvement of the processes
• To write technical and management related reports
• To take part in the continuous improvement of processes performance by issuing proposals and contributing to progress procedures;
• To prepare and update all necessary quality reports
• To create/update procedures and ensure personnel are properly trained
• To facilitate evaluation of the quality inquiries.
