Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Turkey, which contains Ülker, Bizim, İçim, Café Crown, Alpella, Çamlıca, Uno, Godiva brands and Gumlink joint venture company CCC (Continental Confectionery Company) is looking for R&D Engineer. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.

• University degree in Food or Chemical Engineering, 
• Experience in a reputable multinational company is preferable,
• Experience on R&D (chewing gum & candy experience) is preferable,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) skills,
• Being familiar with laboratory equipment/instruments,
• Analytical minded, innovative, result oriented and good at team work, 
• Customer focus (Internal & External), effective problem solving ability,
• Willing to locate in Çorlu, Çerkezköy or Lüleburgaz,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Optimizing related materials formulations, processes, products, 
• Performing processing experiments / and to the R&D projects/studies,
• Adapting new technologies, new designs of experiments and new laboratory techniques,
• Writing experimental results and technical reports and presenting them in English form,
• Carry out theoretical or empirical modeling of measurement results.
