QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
pladis CIO Office is looking for a
Logistics System Analyst. The successful candidate will be reporting to Supply Chains Systems Manager. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Degree in supply chain or industrial engineering field, or equivalent work- or education-related experience.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a combination of Logistics Management, and IT jobs. At least 2-3 years experiences on implementation projects with reputable ERP Systems; Oracle EBS, SAP and/or JDEdwards.
- Communication and presentation skills are essential assets of this position
- Problem solving abilities and analytical skills and effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills are required.
- Poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations

- Strong English language skills (written/oral), Turkish would be desired but not mandatory.
İŞ TANIMI
- Perform requirements gathering and analysis to include: analytical techniques, interview techniques, data gathering techniques, current system documentation, business modeling methods, business process, rules and logic, data gathering to solve complex issues, development of implementation plans, development of requirements, joined application development (JAD) sessions and key analytical troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement test plans / scenarios to ensure successful delivery of a project.
- Lend support to various business and technology teams as necessary during design, development and delivery to ensure solid, scalable, robust solutions.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal (i.e. day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written (requirements and design specifications) form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communication
- Accurately assess the risks associated with each solution design / project.
- Support the development of team members from a professional and technical level.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Perform additional job-related duties as requested.
