QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University Degree, (Preferably graduated from the faculty of fine arts or design)
- Fluent English (written & verbal)
- Min 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and MS Office Applications
- Forming window layout and presentation standards for each region
- Window concepts to ensure corporate image of LC Waikiki
- Team Player
- Creative
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills
- Having strong problem solving, planning and organization skills
- No restriction to travel
- Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements
İŞ TANIMI
- Responsible of coordinating the application of all the indoor and window Visual Merchandising guidelines, makes sure that the standards are performed throughout the stores through area VMs.
- Prepares visual standard manuals and seasonal guidelines and communicates with Store Visual Merchandisers as well as the area Vms and makes sure that the application takes place according to the guidelines.
- Prepares Visual Merchandising training guides with the seasonal approved standards, ticketing standards; gives related trainings and directs the Area Vms.
- Systematically provides product / line / wall combination information according to the upcoming deliveries to the stores.
- Makes recommendations about the layout of the stores, in a manner that encourages greater customer interest and sales.
- Prior to new store openings, with the help of the finalized store plan, checks the Visual non-trade order list, prepares product layout plans according to the department capacity.
- Mentors and Coaches area Vms, in accordance to the functional needs, in line with the companies VM strategies.
