- BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience especially on digital marketing & communication
- Able to cope with the changing needs of the business in a responsive way with team and customers to effectively meet capability requirements
- Focus on development in a way that maximizes the resources and partner relationships to deliver real business benefits
- Influences leadership teams and other stakeholders, communicates with enthusiasm and clarity to stand for what they believe in with people from all cultural backgrounds and at all levels in the organisation
- Is motivated, establishes realistic plans and proactively drives delivery
- Is a recognised and experienced in leadership capability development
- Thinks outside the box and encourages others to do so too
- Sound judgment and ability to be decisive
- Have cost-conscious and invest resources wisely (time, money and people) to deliver outstanding quality. He / She take calculated risks to differentiate Vodafone from the rest.

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Communication Sr. Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Digital Marketing&Comms. Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- Plan and execute digital- centric 360 campaigns inline with key campaign concepts and ideas according to IMP
- Understand consumer behavior and insights in digital and social media channels , create engagement strategies according to user profiles and execute campaigns according to these strategies
- Create digital and social media channel strategies, manage channels and create content for these channels inline with brand identity.
- Work and coordinate with segment, brand, media, insight and CX teams.
- Ensure consistent and suberb brand experience among all digital channels.
- Define KPI’s for current channels measure performance and improve channels accordingy.
- Drive traffic and revenue based on related responsibilities.
- Follow competitive communication activities and respond accordingly
- Follow global trends continuously and adapt the trends with the most strategic impact
- Manage digital, social media,content and production agency pools
