QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required , Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Proven working experience as operations manager at least 3 years .
  • Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and practices
  • Fluency in English
  • Self motivated
  • Solution & Result Orianted
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
  • Leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good prioritisation skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an IT Incident Management Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to IT Service Desk Senior Manager  of  Vodafone Turkey.
  • Solving IT related customer incidents within defined SLAs & KPIs .
  • Decreasing IT related customer incidents count
  • Increasing customer incident resolution % of IT Incident Management team .
  • Management of IT Incident Management process ,
  • Management of IT Request Management process ,
  • Management of L1 Order Fault Management process ,

Preferred Candidate

6 - 8 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
