İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Portfolio Manager-Digital with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Digital&BI Demand Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Understanding of internal business needs and requirements of Sales, Online and Customer Operations functions, assessing the impact of those changes, capturing scope & requirements.
- Encompassing working closely with related units to analyse, defines, clarify and gain approval of high quality requirements. The role is the interface between business unit and the delivery team to ensure that requirements are understood and appropriate implementation is produced to realise the expected solution.
- Driving and challenging business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their requirements. Decomposing high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Will be the first line manager to lead related business analysts team. Directly reporting to Digital & BI Demand Senior Manager role.
- Own, maintain and execute the Portfolio Management Process:
Represent the single point of contact from the Product Delivery & Transformation Department dedicated to Business Functions mainly responsible for managing and tracking the concepts till delivery.
Know business context in terms of strategy and processes
Coordinate relations and communication with the business accounts
Support commercial business case (when required) building and concept form building
Provide high level estimations in terms of cost, duration, effort and etc. in the concept phase
Collect and monitor the requests throughout the delivery process
Consolidate requests with similiar and/or overlapping technical implementation needs and business rules.
Support the business functions for maturing idea into concept
Assure that relevant approvals are taken before starting implementation.
Provide support for defining business requirements and rules
Provide proper assistance for similar or conflicting requests
Ensure that the implementation and configuration jobs that are not projected are duely completed
Facilitate the prioritization process in the concept stages based on company strategies
Lead cross-functional group’s demands and requirements
Own and execute company wide demand prioritization process. Categorize demand by request type based on predetermined criteria
Advocate the account priorities in the Portfolio Management process
Create a comprehensive and single list of demands throughout the organisation
Accountable to properly plan and execute the feasibility process till Portfolio Management handover
Lead the resource planning for the feasibility analysis phase of the requests and directly collaborates to the requests prioritization activities.
Collect and finalize the Consolidated Request List including projects request and also the Project Forecast List.
Involved in the scenario validation process to evaluate the effects of eventual changes on the projects scheduling and to judge the impact of eventual change requests inserted in the portfolio.
Responsible to confirm the Project Proposal Reprioritization before to submit the selected portfolio Master Plan to the PPC.

manage the feasibility scheduling and execution process while coordinating the resources according to the business priorities.
