What do I need to qualify for this job?
* At least 2-5 years of experience in the field of installation, installation supervision, commissioning in Low/Medium/High Voltage Substations or Plants (AC facility power substations, Cable plant, Circuit breakers, Switchgear, Transformers, Generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies etc)
* Experience in manufacturing/commissioning of Medium Voltage or Low Voltage Panels
* Leadership skills with capability of motivating/coordinating the installation team and installation subcontractors.
* Electrical and Control background of Step 7, SCADA, PLC Protection Systems (Simatic, WinCC flexible), AC power protection relays (Siprotec etc.)
* Certificate of EKAT (Elektrik Kuvvetli Akım Tesislerinde Çalışma Belgesi) will be an asset
* Technical and production-orientated knowledge 
* Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills are required competencies
* English is an asset
* Advanced in MS Office applications
* At least 2 years University Degree from Electrics/Electronics major is essential

What else do I need to know?
* Male candidates should have completed the military service requirement
* No restriction for travelling
* Driving License

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For our Mobility Division in Istanbul we are looking for a Traction Power Expert who will be responsible for services to DC and AC Traction Power Substations in Railway Electrification projects.

What are my responsibilities?
* Facility Power Supply and Distribution Substations Site Services Expert for Rail Transit Systems
* Support, supervise the installation and testing of traction power systems components and software (MV,HV,LV Switchgears etc.)
* Commissioning of the 1500VDC/750VDC Rectifiers and DC Switchgear on site for Metro and Tram Lines
* Review shop drawings, record changes and communicate directly with suppliers, contractors and client representatives as required
* Performing all scheduled maintenances/Inspections and preparation of service reports.
* Contact person for all services during aftersales and before PAC stages on site for Installed Base of Rail Electrification in TR
* Ensure that company technical policies and procedures are practiced during the execution of projects for clients
* Supervision and documentation of the testing procedures in the assembly process
* Participation in project meetings and reporting to the project management / Quality manager in project
* Performs site investigations in substations and along railroad tracks
* Develop strong relationships and interface with our customers.
* required to comply with the Siemens standard EHS process.
* Providing and /or organizing application training both newly installed and upgraded/ updated systems
