İŞ TANIMI
Contracting & Procurement (CP) is striving to be "commercial powerhouse" and trusted advisors to the business, primary role is to seek out and generate value, minimise business and HSSE risks while extracting a value from third party spends
This role has responsibility for Shell & Turcas Petrol A.Ş. (and other Shell Entities in Turkey) across several categories:
Engineering, Logistics, Lubricants-Packaging, Additives Finished Lubricants, HSSE, IT Infrastructure, Marine, Aviation
This role will be expected to manage within a matrix organization, implementing and executing the cost savings and value creation initiatives considering the local market conditions and the global category management strategies
- To ensure that Procurement adds value to the various businesses mostly in Global Commercial, Trading & Supply through Total Cost of Ownership, delivering or exceeding business service needs and Third Party Spend Savings targets
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to meet the needs of internal customers in compliance with the Global Contracting & Procurement processes and procedures
- Provide input to the Global Category Strategy and ensure an effective and efficient local or localized implementation of the Global Category Strategies in Turkey
- Be the external face to the industry and be aware of industry trends, familiar with the key players, and bring that external insight into the Shell team
- Build and maintain good relations with key suppliers and manage negotiations including resolution of operational and supplier performance issues relating to the contract
- Build and maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing full Contracting & Procurement support for all businesses and other procurement Categories locally when needed.
- Managing regional or local tenders, negotiations or other operational procurement matters, negotiation with suppliers on contract terms
- Effective contract management in line with global procurement policies.
- Following-up and resolving of daily Contracting & Procurement related issues with vendors, businesses, finance and Global Shared Service Center
- Set-up and follow-up of On-Line Bidding
- Market Research for alternative competitive or creative suppliers
- Contribute technical and functional evaluation of Specifications
- Contracts and related database management in CMS(Contract management System)
- Ensure contracts are in place and appropriate systems/tools are utilized (GSAP, Ariba, CMS, SQS).
- Fully compliant with ISO9001 Management Quality system and ISO27001 Information security management systems and ISO14001 Environmental Management System
- Fully compliant to related regulations
