Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a “Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist” to join our team in Tuzla, Istanbul.

• University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Psychology and other Social Sciences or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a related area
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a focus in detail
• Problem solving ability to be able to work in a multi-tasking environment
• Planning and organization skills
• Strong communication, negotiation & conflict resolution skills
• Good team player
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• No military obligation (for male candidates)

İŞ TANIMI

• Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs
• Recruits candidates by using databases, kariyer.net, LinkedIn or social media, etc.
• Screens resumes, interviews candidates, administers appropriate assessments, and makes recommendations for hire (or candidate rejection)
• Delivers employment offers
• Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information during the interview process
• Communicates/clarifies important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, etc.)
• Helps onboarding process of new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Keeps HR candidates software up-dated
• Follows Recruitment Satisfaction Survey and other process KPI’s and prepares weekly / monthly recruitment reports
• Also gives support for the Compensation and Benefits systems
