Lead Software Developer

• A Masters degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering. PhD is preferred,
• Prior SW development experience minimum 5 years,
• 3-5 years experience in developing embedded system with excellent C/C++ programming skills,
• Experience in system configuration and customization on platforms such as Linux, Android,
• Work experience in a technology start-up or similar fast paced environment are beneficial,
• HW development skills are beneficial,
• Experience in user interface development is a plus (iOS, Android),
• Entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, creative, open minded, persistent and highly collaborative are mandatory prerequisites,
• No domestic or international travel restrictions.
• Position is located at B/S/H/ Office at İTÜ Arı Teknopark 6, Ayazağa Kampüsü / İstanbul.   

İŞ TANIMI

• Identify and support decisions on innovation activities and projects that lead to a competitive advantage and future business for BSH,
• Research and develop a variety of innovative projects. Scout and monitor innovation topics. Steer technology network with Universities, Research Institutes and technology providers,
• Develop products/services/business models through the innovation funnel. Develop decision papers at each gate,
• Develop technical concepts and software architectures for innovation projects distributed over embedded, cloud and smartphone environments,
• Assessment of technologies in terms of capabilities, constraints, maturity and strategic fit to our technology portfolio,
• Realize new ideas by rapid prototypes deploying assessed technologies,
• Combine technologies and develop integrated systems showcasing use cases providing novel user experiences.
