• Bachelor's Degree in Electric Electronic Engineering or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering,
• Willing to work in production and test processes,
• Preferably good knowlegde of electronic component , analog/digital circuit design and testing of electronic circuit boards,
• Preferably good knowledge of Labview, Teststand programs,
• Eager to learn and has ability to adapt new technologies,
• Able to manage projects when it is necessary,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

• Designing and implementing adjustments, tests and control systems for the electronic products,
• Developing and implementing the production and tests systems of new products,
• Researching and developing new production systems and  technologies.
