SENIOR INTERACTION DESIGNER

• Degree in a related field such as human-computer interaction, interaction design, industrial design, visual communication design, computer engineering, computer sciences.
• At least 5 years of professional interaction design experience for digital products and devices, with strong skills (GUI design principles, human-computer interaction, usability, iOS & Android Design)
• Proficiency with Fireworks and PhotoShop
• Knowledge of or preferably experience with Web technologies such as HTML5, Javascript, AJAX.
• Experience in user centered analysis methods: Usability tests, interviews, focus groups, surveys
• Experience in workshop moderation, brain storming and co-creation techniques
• Ability to prototype using Invision, Pixate or equivalent
• Good knowledge and sense of visual design
• Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team
• Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
• Strong attention to detail

İŞ TANIMI

For our expanding “User Experience & Interactive Technology” team, we are seeking experienced Interaction Designers, who; 

• Apply user-centered design methods to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into exceptional user experience interfaces
• Design, prototype and evaluate user interfaces for web, mobile and tablet
• Define personas, scenarios, storyboards, workflows and information architecture
• Conduct user studies to design the most appropriate interaction
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders, analysts and developers to understand design requirements and technical capabilities and address right interactive design solutions
• Work closely with User Interface Developers and Visual Designers for perfect implementation of interfaces
• Create and manage interaction guides and templates for iOS, Android, and web products and services, intended for the use of Turkcell’s customers or employees.
