İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for our company which operates in Airline Catering sector.
 

• Giving support for preparing the Menu Presentation by executing the coordination between Head Chef, Cost & Pricing and Sales Department’s employees
• Searching the reasons of customer complaints within the company and giving feedbacks to the customers
• Generating, updating, distributing the Menu Specifications
• Keeping update and valid the operational documents that Operation and Production Departments have, such as flight programs, menu specifications, product cards, loading plans
• To be a bridge between company and customers to answer all customer expectations by taking Sales Director and Customer Services Representative’s supports and guides
• Supporting the customers and the units to establish and develop the relationship between each other
• Performing in other duties that is given by Sales and Services Director
