Qualifications/Requirements
-University degree in relevant field, CAS graduate preferred.
-8+ years’ work experience in a similar position and environment.
-Project finance, structuring experience.
-Experience in working with banks project finance departments, private equity funds, developers
-Network in Turkish Banking Sector – connections with banks, multilaterals, export credit agencies
-Strong sense of urgency & able to perform well under pressure.
-Flexible to meet tight deadlines.
-Able to develop effective working relationships with senior management and rest of finance team.
-Results oriented: sets and meets stretched targets.
-Strong organizational, presentation & communication (oral & written) skills.
-Highly motivated & self-confident.
İŞ TANIMI
Essential Responsibilities
-Support Commercial Development Managers, business sales teams in Turkey in identifying new opportunities for GE & converting them into orders.
-Support P&L commercial finance teams in closing deals.
-Identify & lead execution of local financing requirements, payment security (LOCs) and local bank lending or leasing for small to medium sized deals
-Develop Energy/Healthcare deals to increase GE Sales, match making between potential investors, license/project owners and financing institutions.
-Build contact and interact with local financing institutions (banks, leasing, factoring companies…)
-Identify complex financing requirements & leverage EFS Global Markets or business financing teams in their execution, provide on the ground support and customer interface
-Highlight & address commercial risks in sub-region pipeline: orders/sales timing, contract T&Cs, payment terms.
-Lead periodic GGO incremental & other finance reviews.
-Support HQ team on quarter close, op plan, blueprint reviews and SII.
-Lead quarterly management pack (commercial, financial and HR) for local executive management.
-Support GGO functions (GA&P, Sourcing, Communications) and leadership on ad hoc regional projects: supply chain conference, Fastworks, SOA, preparation of senior leadership visits.
