• University degree in Electrical Engineering
• Min. 3 years of experiences in Quality Engineering
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (preferably speak in French)
• Having sense of detail and able take initiative and responsibility
• Strong leadership, analytical and conceptual competence skills
• Passionate for personal improve and challenge the business with high energy

İŞ TANIMI

• Lead customer claims, creation of containment, preventive actions, follow up and finalize the action plan, measurement of actions’ efficiency
• Joining Final Acceptance Test (FAT) with customer and understand their demands
• Audit production lines and project offices regularly
• 6 Sigma knowledge and project application
• Knowledge about Process Control Plan and application
• Knowledge about FMEA and application & risk analysis
• Customer oriented culture, knowledge about customer expectation standarts
• Focus on continous improvement process and product
• Able to coach and lead teams in identifying key input variable and developing process audits
• Knowledge about GR&R and application
• A3 problem solving, 8D, Kaizen, cause & effect & 5why knowledge and application
• Implements proper risk mitigation methods (Poke-yoke, Jidoka, *SPC,etc...) Able to check and assess the process optimization and capability to ensure robustness in production
• Able to create and implement SPC and challenge method and production on capability
• Analyzing of MQDs by creating pareto charts for different headlines and taking killing actions for MQD in manufacturing side and also Front End side
• Preparing reports monthly bases for plant and global
• Organizing and participating in Review Technical and Qualty and product review meetings
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor and knowledge about other management systems (HSE)
• Knowledge about electrical test ( HV, dielectric, earthing etc.) & electrical diagrams
