QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- 4 years' university degree
- Driving license (B) - active, able to travel
- Fluency in written and verbal English,
- Ability to use MS Office programs,
- Strong communication skills, good at team work, experienced in presentation techniques
- Good at follow-up and strong planning skills
- High observation skills and attention to details
- Strong customer orientation and service delivery management
- No military service obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Represents Kiehl’s on the field with fundamental trainings, advanced trainings, planning and presentations
- Designs projects in collaboration with Kiehl’s marketing team and shopping mall administration
- Controls and maximizes CRM systems within stores
- Conducts CRM customer analyses
- Develops new training modules about link-sells and tracks the development of the field team
- Assesses Kiehl’s customer representatives’ competency exams
- Indentifies development areas of Kiehl’s field team, develops the team accordingly, and reporting
- Supports Kiehl’s customer projects
