- Minimum 6 years of people management experience
- Good knowledge of enterprise disk storages and backup
- Significant Project Management experience
- Know-how and experience of ITIL Process
- Experience in DR methodologies
- Good communication skills
- Graduate from Engineering
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task
- To have advance level of English

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking IT Storage & Backup Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to IT Infrastructure Operations Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Establish the right organization, team structure and right skills to deliver the expectations
- Develop the team so that they have the required skills
- Establish a working environment which will let organization keep the talents and be able to attract new talents
- Management of disk storage and backup infrastructure serving to both internal services and as a service to enterprise customers
- Provide input on the technical specification relating to the development or procurement of storage & backup systems or business cases if appropriate.
- E2E accountable for design, plan and execution of a storage & backup infrastructure. Ensure that storage & backup infrastructure and associated systems run smoothly and perform within agreed targets.
- Oversees the proactive monitoring, maintenance, upgrade and administration of storage & backup infrastructure to achieve high availability and performance objectives.
- Manage and realize OPEX and CAPEX for related domain
- Accountable of storage & backup support/maintenance contracts and manage renewal process.
- Search for new solutions and execute cost cutting projects to keep the budget on target and meet business requirements
- Manage vendors in storage & backup domain.
- Define and manage the following processes;
- Plan, document and lead disaster recovery procedures and activities for Infrastructure Operations
- Create and maintain technical terms and conditions of storage & backup support, maintenance and service contracts
- Manage and ensure quality of the vendor involvement to storage & backup projects and during daily operation
