Sales Operations Specialist (Temporary)

• 4 years university degree preferably in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 1 years of sales experience

İŞ TANIMI

• Handle the administrative follow-up, organisation and prepare the elements required by the administration to drive sales (sales targets, sales territories, information systems, events, etc.)
• Feed into and steer the sales force information systems, collect, restore the information entered by the sales force, provide necessary follow-up and information for the organization of business meetings.
• Develop reporting infrastructure covering all channels and explore innovative and analytical approaches for all sales support system reporting structures for L'Oréal Consumer Division commercial team, sales and distributors.
• Work to uncover every available sales data through sales technologies. 
• Customize reports for deep dive sales and customer analysis such as segmentation and growth opportunities. 
• Manage and investigate on sales technology tools supporting for easy analysis, construct and contribute to channel basis workforce supplying deep dive analysis reports for competition. 
• Manage organization and channel infrastructure definitions on database with the responsibility of investment strategy on customer database, within multi-category scope for all channels. 
• Supply efficiency in reports on reporting tools, Click-view, Univera, Mobility on tablets/smart phones, etc. 
• Automatize such special reports needs of end-users, detect requirements collaboration with sales and IT. 
• Support business planning activities for forecast.
