GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

·         Written and spoken proficiency in the English language.
·         University degree.
·         Experience in a similar managerial position at least 5 years in a Luxury Boutique hotel.
·         Experienced with opera system with the ability to maximize room sales.
·         Ability to apply management skills.
·         Ability to lead, motivate and develop hotel team
·         Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices with in the rooms and F & B disciplines, including experiential knowledge for management for staff and complex problems.

İŞ TANIMI

·         Responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel.
·         Maintain the highest standards of quality and service to the guests.
·         Ensures that all employees are trained for their positions to maximize service productions and efficiency.
·         Conduct employee performance evaluations as prescribed, control staffing.
·         Maximize profits and control costs.
·         Maintain liaison between the guests and hotel staff.
·         Provides overall leadership ,guidance and direction to the hotel staff.
·         Responsible of achieving hotel’ Operating Budget.
