- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university is required.
- Previous e-Commerce Merchandising experience is a plus.

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking an eCommerce Category Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Online Experience and eCommerce Manager of Vodafone Turkey.The accountabilities of this role are: - Responsible for device and accesories, additional service sales campaigns run at vodafone.com.tr.
- Develop campaigns with marketing and CVM departments and design to optimize e-commerce platform sales by partnering with E-commerce Executive and E-commerce Fulfillment Specialist.
- Govern product catalog/product display assortment strategy on mobile and web versions of e-commerce platform and commit to realization.
- Govern the communication plan of the campaigns and coordinate the related communication departments for the best-performing results.
- Daily monitor, evaluate and adjust the assortments on e-shop.
- Daily and if required hourly analyze the impact of product assortments on consumers’ choice decisions.
- Responsible with designing and running real-time, cohort testing scenarios by partnering with E-Commerce team, particullary with Web Analytics Senior Specialist.
- Design and analyse the results of different assortment scenarios for personalized display and A/B text by partnering with Online Web Analytics Senior Specialist, E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist.
- Keep in touch with the global office and other OpCo’s to identify the best practices regarding assortment improvements and make monthly direct and in-direct competitive research.
- Inform E-Commerce Executive regarding the competitive analysis and help him/her to prioritize and implement these opportunities which might be related to product catalog listing, device and additional service displays.
- Prepare week-end reports and assist e-Commerce Manager with executive summaries.
