• BA in Computer Science, MIS or other related engineering field
• At least 5 years’ experience in Software/System Testing and V&V Processes
• Experienced for managing User Acceptance Testing in a complex project environment       
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Planning and organisational skills
• Strong analysis skills on finding side effects of systems    
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines.

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an User Acceptance Test Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Service&Accceptance Test Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

• To ensure system change implementations are error free with minimal disruption to operations through detailed testing,
• Ensure UAT is planned effectively and sufficient resource is available to execute testing to the required standards. 
• Align UAT entry/exit criteria and gateways to project delivery process and project plans.
• Contribute to annual planning process to ensure UATs are executed in line with masterplan  
• Manage test resources and test execution
• Define/Improve the policies and processes to be used during the UAT phase of project and integrate and embed UAT processes into the IT development lifecycle.
• Design and manage the processes and controls to ensure testing meets agreed quality standards and all relevant stakeholders have visibility of testing progress and quality.
• Ensure quality of user acceptance test cases delivered by the team
• Provide regular MI in terms of test progress, defects raised/closed, tracking against milestones etc , when required.
• Liaise with technology leads and key business stakeholders to gain issue resolution
• Support go-live by working closely with Training and User Support specialists and key business stakeholders as required
