QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances is searching for an "Intellectual Property Paralegal" to be employed inÇerkezköy Plants with the following qualifications;
- University degree in Business Administration, etc.
- Fluent English knowledge is a must, German is an asset,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential,
- Professional, highly organized and detail-oriented,
- Excellent interpersonal communication (both verbal and written),
- Discrete with sensitive information,
- Curious about technology
- Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy,Çorlu, Beylikdüzü, Bahçeşehir etc.
İŞ TANIMI
The person will be responsible for;
Support in-house IP counsel with TR patent and trademark applications, prosecution and portfolio management,
Support in-house IP counsel with TR patent and trademark applications, prosecution and portfolio management,
- Translate/review legal documents including complex patent spesifications,
- Coordinate maintenance fee payments,
- Ensure that corporate data base is properly updated,
- Review all outside counsel invoices (IP, litigation, regulatory, etc.) for appropriateness and process for payment with manager's approval,
- Prepare regular reports on new disclosures, filings, issuances, and other IP statistics.
- Monitoring competitor’s intellectual property activities by using publications and databases.
