Soft FM Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline 
• Minimum 7 years soft FM experience, preferably within a Hospital environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and influencing skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude
• Ability to multi task and prioritise
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team player and result oriented
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• No restrictions to travel for project site visits (over 50% of work time)
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• To support the Chief Operations Officer (COO) in the delivery of the soft service provisions
• To provide the subject matter expertise to MR/SPVs for all matters relating to soft services management and monitoring
• To contribute to the overall management of the projects as required
• Provide on site and off site soft service management lead for MR/SPVs
• Ensure and monitor the FMCo’s scheduled soft services including pest control, car parking, cleaning, Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) service, security services, laundry, food services, etc. are delivered in accordance with the Project Agreement
• Contribute to the management of the project to ensure that SPV complies with its soft FM obligations under the Project Agreement and other associated project documents
• Continually review and improve soft FM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the relevant requirements of the project documents
• Ensure that FMCo’s procedures are in place to monitor and control the soft FM service providers
• Contribute to the MR monthly reports with regards to soft FM services
• Advise on, and manage where directed, the appointment of relevant specialist consultants and contractors
• Provide the subject matter expertise input to the contract variation activities as required
• Advise on the administration of any soft FM change orders / variations
• Ensure satisfactory discharge of soft FM HSE and Quality obligations, including compliance with relevant MR/SPVs policies and procedures
• Carry out additional ad hoc duties as required by the COO
