PROJECT MANAGER/CORE BANKING

Garanti Technology, a subsidiary of Garanti Bank providing technical infrastructure, software development, systems management, security management and project management services to Garanti Bank and other Garanti branded financial institutions, is looking for Project Manager to join its outstanding workforce.

Requirements:

• BS in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of project management or software development experience preferably in financial companies / banks
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• A passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and to follow company standards and procedures
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• A good command of written and spoken English
• Male candidates should have no military obligations or have them postponed for at least two years
• Preferably holding PMP certificate

• Monitoring of successful and timely delivery of projects
• Preparation of scheduling, resource and cost planning of projects
• Coordination of project activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Follow up the project status, risk and change requests; preparation and communication of project progress reports
